Rebecca has been a Trustee of the Oxford Transplant Foundation since 2019. She is an Independent Assessor for the Human Tissue Authority with an interest in living kidney donation and uterus transplantation. 

Rebecca has held a variety of operational and strategic roles within the NHS over the past decade, including the Service Manager for the Oxford Renal and Transplant Service where her passion for transplant began. She is currently the Associate Director for Strategy and Performance at the Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust. She holds an MSc in Healthcare Leadership and presently studying for her MBA.
